My fascination with architecture began as a child but it was not until I stumbled into a position with a renowned semi-custom home builder that I found my true calling.
Over the next 15 years, I worked in varying capacities with three of Cleveland’s largest builders. I honed my skills, planning and managing hundreds of residential and numerous light commercial projects.
These experiences formed the foundation of KScholz Design & Build.
